“Thanks so much for organizing the breakfasts. I speak for all mothers. It is a tremendous help; otherwise how would many of us eat breakfast?”
“I just must take the time to say Thank You for this beautiful Mitzvah that you do. I am truly humbled at the kindness and thoughtfulness that I see goes into this. I have never seen it before. All I ask is to be able to share in this mitzvah in the future. It was so nice to feel pampered and thought of. It definitely made it easier to relax, recover and rejuvenate.”
“All of the breakfasts sent by Shifrah & Puah were so delicious and appreciated as I was recovering. I was really thankful for everyone's time and effort into buying, preparing, packaging and delivering them! Thank you!!”
“Gut voch! I just wanted to thank you so much for making such a beautiful Shabbos for us. Everything was so delicious and it was so special to receive such a beautiful and thoughtful meal which helped so much.”
“To the lovely ladies who organized, coordinated, made and delivered breakfasts to my door for the past two weeks, you made me feel like a princess with the wonderful delicious breakfast made, packed and delivered with love. Such a lifesaver for a tired mommy! So generous and kind of you all! Hashem should bless you and rain down Brochos and kindness on you and your families!”
I want to thank Shifra and Puah and the whole team of devoted volunteers for the beautiful suppers, mezonos for our Shalom Zochor and Shabbos meals, that you prepared in such an organized fashion, with lots of variety for our whole family to enjoy! It really helped me recuperate, feel nourished and let me focus on my newborn with a calm and happy feeling that everyone is being taken care of!! I have no words to thank you enough for this very amazing, much needed organization and for the time, effort and hard work that goes into it all!!
Dear Shifrah & Puah volunteers,
Thank you so much for the wonderful breakfasts. They were delicious & nutritious and made a huge difference in our lives. I had no idea how I would be those first 2 weeks, but I thought I could keep up without any help. I was really happy to have these banana muffins, date nut balls, omelets and the fresh fruit salads were amazing. The dinners were delicious. We loved the cauliflower soup. The way it all came was so considerate. If I could not always get to the door it was left right there for when my hands were free. You have the Zchus of helping me fast on Yom Kippur while nursing and rebuilding my strength afterwards. The work of Shifrah & Puah is truly beautiful and you should merit lots of Naches.”
